Rules & Guidelines

Rental Request

All guard shack rental requests must be submitted through our website and include the following: desired rental period, material, upgrades, and location of your site. 

 

Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is necessary upon confirmation of availability to secure a hold on the rental. Full payment is due prior to our departure for delivery. A refundable security deposit is also required and will be refunded after the rental return, provided the rental is in good condition.

 

Rental Duration 

The rental period begins on the day of delivery and ends on the day your rental is returned. Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. 

 

Site Preparations 

The site must be prepared for the delivery of the guard shack by the renter. This includes but is not limited to a level surface without debris, utility connection for HVAC/Electric, and installation of rental.

 

Delivery and Pickup 

Renters can select delivery or pickup from our warehouse located in Red Lion, PA. We will provide transportation of your guard shack both to and from your site. We ask that renters include clear delivery and pickup instructions and assist in setup and removal of said rental. 

 

Damages and Maintenance

The renter is responsible for keeping the guard shacks clean and in good condition. Any damage must be reported to us immediately. The renter will be responsible for the repair cost of any damages that are beyond normal wear and tear. 

 

Insurance 

Although it is not necessary, we do recommend that the renter obtains appropriate insurance coverage in the case of any damages or liabilities associated with the use of a guard shack. 

 

Termination of Rental 

We reserve the right to terminate all rental agreements at any time, if the renter does not comply with all rules and guidelines.
